Services Provided

WIPE & FAM LLC offers professional cleaning services, including residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb/rental cleaning, and junk removal. Our services are detailed on the Services page.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on the service requested and the size of the space. A detailed price estimate will be provided based on your request.

Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash/Checks (Please ensure exact payment is provided).

Booking and Cancellations

Booking: To secure your booking, a deposit may be required, especially for larger or specialty services. Full payment is due upon service completion.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price.

Liability

WIPE & FAM LLC is not responsible for any damage to fragile or valuable items that are not disclosed prior to cleaning. We will take reasonable care while performing services, but we cannot assume responsibility for damage due to existing conditions (e.g., broken or fragile items).

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve any issues or offer a partial refund based on the situation.
